Returns and after-sales
The commercial terms behind returns are not final yet, so this page is a checklist of what to agree in writing before you pay — not a policy with invented numbers.
Publishing a thirty-day window, a free-return promise or a warranty period before the terms behind them exist would be inventing terms that nobody has agreed to honour. Instead, the list below is exactly what to confirm, item by item, in your own conversation. That conversation is what applies to you.
Agree these in writing before you pay
This list is the whole of what a returns conversation has to settle. Ask for each line, and keep the answers in the chat.
- Who pays return shipping if the watch delivered is not the one described.
- What counts as a defect, and what counts as ordinary handling or wear.
- How long after delivery a problem can be raised.
- What is excluded from any return agreement.
- How a return is started, and to which address it is sent.
- How and when a refund would be paid, and in what form.
- What happens if a parcel is delayed, held or returned by customs.
- What after-sales support means in practice: spare links, a clasp, a strap or a service.
What this site states today
No warranty period, no return window, no refund amount and no free-return promise is published on this site. None of them has been confirmed yet, and nothing on these pages creates one.
If a term is offered to you in the conversation, that written message is the version that applies to your order. Ask for it before paying rather than relying on what a page said.
This page will be replaced with the final commercial terms once they are confirmed. Until then it is a checklist, not a policy.
Fit and sizing questions
Bracelet sizing is easier to settle before dispatch than after: ask about removable links, spare links and how the clasp adjusts, and give your wrist measurement in the same message. If something needs attention after delivery, raise it in the same conversation first, so the answer arrives before you assume what the outcome will be.
Still unanswered?
The WhatsApp conversation is where prices, availability, shipping and terms for your country are confirmed. The message carries the page you were reading, so nothing has to be explained twice.
