Ordering and contact

How ordering works

There is no cart on this site and no checkout. Every order starts as a WhatsApp conversation, because the two things that decide a watch purchase — the exact configuration and the current price — can only be answered by a person at the time you ask.

Four steps, in order

Send the model you want

Use the WhatsApp button on any watch page. The message already contains the model, the reference and the page you were reading, so you do not have to type any of it.

Get price and availability

You receive the current price, what is available now, the shipping cost to your country and an estimated lead time. Anything that is not yet confirmed is told to you as unconfirmed rather than guessed.

Receive photographs of the actual unit

Before anything is paid you can ask for photographs of the specific watch being offered: dial straight on, bezel, bracelet and the case back. Ask for daylight frames rather than studio shots.

Agree the terms in writing

Price, shipping method, lead time and any warranty that applies are written out in the chat. Nothing is ordered until you have those terms in front of you and have approved them.

Nothing on this site charges a card, holds a watch or dispatches anything. It exists to describe the watches and to open the conversation.

What to ask before you pay

These are the questions that actually change the answer, and they are the same ones written into every inquiry message on this site. Ask them together, with your country, so the reply arrives complete instead of in five messages.

  1. Which movement is fitted, and is the calibre marking visible in a photograph?
  2. What is the measured weight in grams?
  3. What is the lug-to-lug length, in millimetres?
  4. Is the water resistance a tested figure or a quoted one?
  5. On a gold-toned model, what is the plating or wrap thickness?
  6. Are spare bracelet links included, and how is the bracelet sized?
  7. What is the shipping cost and the lead time to my country?
  8. What exactly is written as the warranty, and for how long?

If one of these is declined rather than answered, treat that as information rather than as a reason to argue. You can price the uncertainty into your decision, or ask about a different watch.

Shipping, lead time and duties

No shipping cost or lead time is published on this site, because both depend on where you are, what is currently being assembled and which courier is used. What you get instead is the figure for your country in the chat, before you decide anything: cost, method, and an estimated lead time given as an estimate.

Import duties and local taxes are set by your own country and are your responsibility unless the chat says otherwise in writing. Ask before you pay so there is no surprise at the door. If a courier or a route is not suitable for where you live, say so early — it is much easier to change a shipping plan before dispatch than after.

Availability is stated when you ask. A watch is not reserved by this website, by a page view or by an unread message.
